Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst to provide
support in financial operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger and
Subledger
Review customer deposit and withdrawal requests and assist with
cash balance reconciliations
Contribute to End of Day activity files and adhere to monthly
reporting schedules
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related
field
Proficiency in financial reporting concepts, including journal
entries and financial statements
Interest in understanding financial transactions related to cash
and investments
Passed the FINRA SIE and Series 99 exams or willingness to pass
within 3 to 6 months of hire
Experience in the Financial Services industry is a strong plus
