Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage
customer interactions and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients via phone and email to collect payments and
retain long-term relationships
Process refund requests and assess whether refunds are due
Update customer information in Salesforce and maintain satisfaction
ratings
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
At least one year of customer service or tech support
experience
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications
Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively
Comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment
