Job Description

Cintas' Design Collective Division is offering a Management Trainee Program. The Chicago based opportunity is a 24-month program that guides you through intensive hands-on rotations in our Chicago office. During these rotations, trainees are immersed in all areas of our business including, but not limited to: Merchandising, Supply Chain, Account Management, Project Management, and Sales. This program also offers invaluable firsthand exposure to our corporate culture and management systems, daily field operations, customer and executive interaction, leadership training and development, business financials and economics, and mentoring relationships. Upon completion of the program, the Management Trainee will be eligible to apply for a position in several areas.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months
• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
  
  Preferred
  
  • Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
  • A business or otherwise related academic major
  • A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
