Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team in data management, reporting, and analytics within HR
Partner with operational leaders to gather requirements and produce data insights
Manage sprint deliverables and implement Workday best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or Engineering preferred
5+ years of experience in HCM reporting, analytics, and data warehousing
5+ years of experience with Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics
Workday Pro Reporting Certification and Workday Prism Analytics Certification required
Experience leading and managing a team
