Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Coaching who is a thought
leader in behavioral health coaching and skilled in managing large,
distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic decisions and align coaching and guided care
functions with organizational goals
Ensure high standards of care and implement quality assurance
processes across coaching services
Identify training needs and develop impactful training programs for
coaching teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant functional experience in behavioral health or
related fields
3-5+ years of management experience with a focus on leadership and
strategic oversight
Relevant training and/or certifications in behavioral health
coaching preferred
Experience in program management and strategic planning
Familiarity with regulatory standards governing youth behavioral
health services
