Key Responsibilities
Monitor call volumes and analyze staffing needs for program
adjustments
Prepare staffing reports based on client needs and data
analysis
Forecast staffing requirements and recommend headcounts on a daily
basis
Required Qualifications
6 months or more of data analysis experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Solution-oriented mindset
Experience in interpreting and manipulating data for reporting
Computer proficiency
