Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Data Management Specialist
responsible for maintaining tax profile data for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding tax
inquiries and applications
Manage customer cases and maintain accurate customer information in
internal systems
Review and analyze payroll tax data on behalf of customers and
support proactive case management
Required Qualifications and Experience
Working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with multistate business tax registrations and/or
licensing is highly desired
Associate degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience with TaxEx, Workday, PeopleSoft, or other ERP
HR/Payroll systems preferred
