• Certification Details
• AHA BLS - Must be AHA
• AHA ACLS - Must be AHA
• Nursys - Nursing licensure verification
• License/Certificate Verification - Current license and verification within 30 days prior to start
• Fit Test - Annual requirement
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Influenza Vaccine - Updated annually, declinations not accepted
• Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA
• Varicella immunity documentation required
• Tdap - Valid for 10 years
• Ascension Skills Checklist - Annual requirement in specialty
• NIH Certification
• Driver's License/State ID - required for compact license verification

  • 12 weeks - EOW; EOH; 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

        • Must be AHA BLS and ACLS certified
        • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs
        • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required
        • Exemptions are NOT accepted for certain areas
