We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Smyth, a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant run by Chefs John and Karen Shields.The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be passionate and inquisitive, and have a minimum of two years experience in a Michelin-rated or equivalent establishment.Responsibilities will include:

Executing dinner services with precision and attention to detail
Managing stations and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment
Communicating clearly with colleagues and guests
Meeting high personal standards and maintaining consistency and integrityQualifications:
