Job Description:

Oversee hiring and rehiring, onboarding new hires, and maintain necessary paperwork.

Employee Relations:

• Create and maintain employee disciplinary folders and time records.
• Investigate staff incidents, complaints, and issues.
• Provide guidance on employee performance and conduct.
  Benefits/Leave of Absence:
  
  • Manage benefit enrollment and LOA reporting.
    Miscellaneous:
    
    • Coordinate staffing needs, create job ads, and post on platforms.
    • Track work authorizations and update I9 forms.
    • Complete worker's compensation claims and submit OSHA reports.
    • Prepare employment verification and recommendation letters.
    • Manage payroll, terminations, and labor law compliance.
      Qualifications:
      
      • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
      • 3+ years of HR experience.
      • Knowledge of Illinois HR laws and Paycom systems.
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
