Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Consultant to partner
with HR, managers, and business leaders to enhance manager
capability and activate company culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead diagnostics and resolution of complex employee relations
issues and collaborate with HR and Legal teams
Provide consulting services to managers and employees on HR
programs, processes, and initiatives
Drive execution of scalable HR programs and manage local HR
projects based on business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in human resources or
business programs/processes, or Master's Degree and 3+ years of
experience
Equivalent experience may also be considered
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Society for Human
Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
