Job Description:
A company is looking for an ADA Specialist to support employee
relations and manage ADA accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in the interactive process with team members and leaders
regarding accommodation requests
Document actions and interactions in the internal Case Management
system and prepare reports for HR leadership
Provide guidance on reasonable accommodation management and ensure
compliance with relevant laws and policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Two years of experience in human resources or equivalent education
and experience
Knowledge or exposure to recruitment systems and benefits
Specialized understanding or training in career development, resume
writing, and interviewing skills
One year of experience facilitating the ADA interactive process is
preferred
