Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Support Analyst to join
their team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Reproduce customer issues to determine root cause and corrective
action
Document and forward customer requests for modifications or
enhancements
Create user documentation and train customers to reduce repeat
cases
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of software support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of core accounting principles, including
GAAP
Familiarity with the Community Association Industry and Salesforce
is a plus
