Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Delivery
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with global ServiceNow professionals to set standards
and deliver solutions
Manage the QAP release strategy and oversee the quality of the
backlog
Drive ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution while addressing
system limitations
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing ServiceNow implementations and upgrades
Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and internal
standards
Ability to work collaboratively with architects and other
professionals
Proven track record in managing project delivery and client
satisfaction
Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or project management are
preferred
