Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Security Advisor for
Falcon Complete, focused on customer security posture and
support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and ensure alignment of customers' Falcon environments with
Falcon Complete standards
Provide recommendations to improve security for Falcon Complete
customers
Document and resolve customer-related issues in accordance with
established procedures and SLAs
Required Qualifications and Education:
1+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role or relevant education and
internships
Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent
experience
Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as
SANS, ISC2, or equivalent
Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and
incident response
