role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators
are experts in creating world-class customer service, or guest
experience, in our retail stores. They are responsible for engaging
and connecting with our guests, sharing top-quality product
education, and speaking authentically about our community and
culture. Key Responsibilities of the Job Guest (i.e., Customer)
Experience
- Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a
manner that values guests' time.
- Assess guests' needs to provide customized, effective purchase
and return solutions and support.
- Provide technical product education by articulating the value
and benefit of the product.
- Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting
accurate and timely guest transactions and executing
market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in
store, phone sales, and ship from store options) according to
company standards.
- Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with
guests and attend to guest or store needs.
- Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to
take appropriate action and "make it right" for guests. Working

- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by
welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and
engaging experience for all team members and guests.
- Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team

- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest
experience and support store operations. Operations
- Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., put items back in
place, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory,
destock or relocate items) according to company standards.
- Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide
positive guest experiences.
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to
maintain the luxury environment of the store.

to maintain a safe work environment.

Packagelululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a
pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team
performance. The base pay range for this position is from $18.50-
$21.29/hour subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay
offered is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
This position has a target bonus of an additional $3 per hour,
subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion,
bringing the total target compensation range between $21.50-

additional spaces within the store. Experiential Store Format
Description: Experiential Stores bring community and member
engagement to life through cultural and brand centered events,
experiences, and classes. Experiential Stores are a place to
experience the physical manifestation of our brand, cultivate
community in key cities, retain and engage our guests and drive
brand affinity and loyalty. Experiential Stores have programming
beyond retail and can include elements such as group fitness, food
& beverage, mindfulness, and curated events. Key Alignment of
Existing Responsibilities to Alternative Formats (i.e., Fuel,
Studio): --- Move dynamically on the floor to ensure all areas of
the store are covered, to continuously engage with guests and
attend to guest or store needs. o This includes executing
day-to-day operations of the studio spaces, such as class check in,
locker room and studio maintenance, class tear down and re-set, and
guest management. --- Manage sell through by monitoring product
levels and performing inventory counts in line with visual
merchandising strategy and company standards. --- Assist floor and
BOH team with activities as needed to maintain strategic product
presentation/visual merchandising. o This includes ensuring the
quality of food and beverage products (e.g., storing food and
rotating product according to standards/requirements, communicating
replenishment needs to BOH). o This includes documenting food and
beverage actions (i.e., labeling grab 'n go, updating inventory,
logging cold storage temperatures, documenting expired product in
waste log ). --- Perform cleaning tasks (i.e., bathroom, fit rooms,
BOH) as needed throughout the day to maintain the luxury
environment of the store. o This includes ensuring kitchen, coffee
equipment, and studio/locker room cleanliness and organization. ---
Maintain strategic product presentation/visual merchandising by
performing product recovery, restock (e.g., pant wall, size store),
destock, or minor visual merchandizing changes. --- Manage store
inventory processing (e.g., unload/receive boxes, unpack boxes,
prep for visual presentation) according to company standards. o
This includes receiving and restocking marketplace product, grab 'n
go, fuel ingredients, restaurant supplies, and studio/event
supplies. --- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies,
procedures, and laws or regulations. o This includes standard
operating procedures specific to fuel and studio spaces, including
those necessary to maintain health, safety, and operational
