Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Team Member to provide
remote support to customers in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls efficiently while providing assistance with
health insurance benefits
Input caller and enrollment-related information accurately into
multiple tools
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and achieve a 90% call
quality average
Required Qualifications and Education
Must reside in specified states (AR, CO, FL, GA, KS, MA, MI, NC,
NH, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, TX, VA)
1 year or more of inbound call center experience preferred
Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must pass all assessments and systems check
