Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, Navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as direct contact for pharmacy benefit information and prior
authorization requests
Assist Clinical Pharmacists with patient and provider outreach and
administrative tasks
Conduct quality reviews of calls, chats, and documentation to
identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years' experience in a pharmacy technician role within a PBM or
similar setting
Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit designs
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
