Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Technology Analyst to support
Workday HCM and HR Technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise for Workday support and
projects
Monitor and maintain the Workday Production instance, addressing
issues as they arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and
alignment of Workday with other systems
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday HCM and
its modules
Experience with Workday implementations or post-production
support
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or a related
field
Proven functional expertise in Workday, including knowledge of its
capabilities and limitations
Ability to create technology solutions that meet business process
needs
