Job Description:

A company is looking for a Scaled Sales Associate to manage inbound customer requests and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound requests through various channels and provide exceptional customer experiences
Assist customers in finding optimal product and feature solutions while showcasing value
Guide customers through their buyer journey and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Required Qualifications

Experience in sales or customer service roles
Familiarity with SaaS products and solutions
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction
Experience in identifying revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
