Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support brokers and clients with insurance-related inquiries and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage certificate of insurance requests and support clients with claims processes
Assist brokers and clients with new and renewal quote applications
Field calls to the General Insurance line and maintain agency files

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience working in insurance
P&C License or willingness to obtain within 6 months
Experience with agency management systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines
