Sales Process Efficiency Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Process & Efficiency Manager to refine and optimize their go-to-market processes.

Key Responsibilities

Refine and optimize go-to-market processes and associated KPIs
Define, document, and implement effective internal processes
Monitor process performance and present improvement plans to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in sales operations or process improvement
3-5 years in a management role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
