Job Description:
A company is looking for a M365 Tier 2/3 Support Engineer in
Portland, OR.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2/3 support to Tier 1 engineers and manage maintenance
and operations of 9 GCC Microsoft tenants
Oversee systems infrastructure including engineering,
implementation, integration, and technical support
Design, install, maintain, and administer infrastructure based on
business/user requirements
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in Mobility-Mobile (MDM) - Microsoft
3 to 5 years of experience in Application Support - Microsoft (L1
or L2 Support)
1 to 3 years of experience in Data and Intelligence - Analytics (BI
Reporting - Microsoft SSRS/Power BI)
Knowledge of ITIL framework
Must be available to work 9 to 6 PST
