JAVA ARCHITECTHYBRID -- CHICAGO,IL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and architect complex, scalable, and high-performance Java-based systems. -Define overall system architecture, components, modules, and interfaces to meet project goals. - Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for Java-based development. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and established architectural principles. - Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver robust and maintainable software solutions. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Java applications through code optimization and system tuning. - Implement best practices for scalability, reliability, and maintainability. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous learning and skill development of the team. - Identify potential risks in the development process and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them. - Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project
